I lived at the Youth Challenge Center, Clarksville TN, in 1970.  There are so many stories I could tell of how I witnessed what God did through Bro. Harold, and how he stepped out by faith and shared boldly the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  I hold a deep gratitude to Bro. Harold Witmer for the example of faith, compassion and humbleness he displayed before me when I was a young man.  I will be forever grateful to Jesus for my association to Bro. Harold, for you see, it was in one of our many revivals that I met the woman I married in 1971.  Evie and I now have two children and six grand children.  I am thankful for the foundation Harold helped establish in my life.  Maybe you have a short story about what God has done through this simple man of faith, and you'd like to share it.  I plan to add the testimonies to the "God Loves You" page in this web, so send me a brief testimony by email and I'll try to post it.  Please visit the Photo Galleries Page for an ongoing set of photo's that surround this man of faith and the many ministries he has started and supported.  But behind every good man of faith there is a Godly woman, and Faye Witmer is the sometimes silent but nevertheless pillar of faith that has supported Bro. Harold through the years.  I am deeply grateful for Faye and her example of mercy, love and patience and for all she has meant to my wife and I through the years.
